1. Digital Product Policy
Once a template kit is downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- The downloaded file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a fix.
3. No Refunds For:
- Change of mind.
- Incompatibility with your WordPress/Elementor version.
- Lack of required skills to use the product.
